Smooth, well made one piece wooden racks for soap. They fit our Dial soap well. We place the racks on top of little crocheted mats on the side of the sink. The racks might be rubbed with some kind of oil - they smelled really nice (but subtle) when they arrived.

Says handmade... but doesn't come sanded and was cut by a router. Not sure how they put any effort in, they couldn't be bothered to actually sand the rough edges out so that it looks nice.

Glad I bought when I did, bought a set for myself and two as Christmas stocking stuffers. I was drawn to the fact they were cedar with no stain or varnish since I had read reviews on other manufactures soap dishes that said they had left a stain on the surface they sat on. Only been using for short time but really like them. Small enough to sit on the shelf in my shower surround but large enough for a bar of soap. They are very spa - like. They are beautifully packaged and smell nice when you open them. Time will tell if they hold up but they look like they will. I recommend this product if they come back in stock.

They're pretty and I like how they're curved on the bottom so it doesn't rot from below. But for some reason, my wooden soap dishes are staining pink? I've had them for a few months now, and they are otherwise holding up to the test of time very well, but I wish they weren't staining.
