I put down a combination of free flow (under the cars) and solid with the diamond pattern around the outsides and in between the cars. Everything went together well and it looks good. My early observations are that the flow through doesn’t show dirt as much as the solid tiles (black tiles in particular), but when it comes time to use the broom, the solid ones are easier to sweep. Pros and cons to both I suppose. In all, satisfied with my choice of mixing the two.Installation is easy enough. I found that using a rubber mallet is the easiest. Cutting the tiles to fit those final rows is easy enough. I used a chop saw, radial arm saw and sabre saw for various pieces and all worked well.My order came in 13 different shipments, which led to a couple of mistakes on what was sent which added a little delay to the process. While frustrating, Amazon did make it right and sent the correct pieces in the end. My advice is to watch the tracking carefully and double check the colours and styles in the boxes as they arrive and you wait for others.Seems like a really good product so far. No tiles have come unsnapped so I think it will stay together well.

Love the product, and am installing in my bike shop. Why the low score? Ordered red grating tiles, received solid silver tiles... shop floor still half completed. Grrrrrr

Did not see many people referring to using Race Deck for around pool, so I hope this review helps others that may be thinking of doing the same. Tiles snapped together super easy, and using a jigsaw for edges etc was a breeze. Because the tiles are ventilated, water does not collect, and just drops through wood decking cracks. I bought these because I was sick of peeling paint getting in to my above ground pool, and having to refinish the deck every couple of years. Tiles stay cool even on hot days. A little pricey, but worth it, over the years of painting and stripping deck. Looks real good too! Highly recommend.

It arrive in separate parcels on different days, instead of. Altogether as requested. As it was freight free I did not mind that. It was easy to install and did most of it myself. My son dropped by and helped. Extremely easy to install and very very easy on the eye. Had a lot of compliments. The price worked out to about the same as having the garage floor painted. These vinyl covered rib like tiles will last a lot longer. Not worried about slush and snow coming in the house on my boots this winter. It will fall thru the ribs.

I wanted the vented tiles to keep the dirt and debris from being tracked into the car.If works perfectly for that purpose!The only knock is that if you don’t find a way to permanently stick it to the ground it can move around under your wheels if you’re not careful.
