Worked awesome for me
2015 Subaru Forester. I got this mainly as just a cheap insert when I had to remove my stock antenna to put on my rooftop box. All I really wanted was something to keep the threads in the base from rusting. I got it, installed it, and checked radio reception just to see, and it there it was, in all its glory.

Short, stubby, and fits
We have a 2015 GMC Terrain and when we have our roof carrier on, we have to remove the OE antenna. We had been putting a stainless steel bolt in the hole just to keep dirt out. With the OE antenna removed, radio reception for sure suffers. Not a huge issue in town, but on the outskirts, static.I have yet to confirm if radio reception is better with this short antenna than with the bolt yet. I can confirm the included threads do fit and this looks better than a stainless bolt sticking up on the roof. The only negative I have so far is that it doesn’t sit exactly flush and does not include a soft washer like some other options do.UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER: Radio reception is barely better than the bolt, but still no where near as good as the OE antenna was. In the major towns, the main stations come in just fine. But any of the weaker stations still fade out, and when on the rural highways, the radio is somewhat useless. This item really doesn't appear to be an actual engineered antenna. It is a piece of metal with threads that fit the antenna hole, but does not have the appropriate length of wire or anything else to be an actual effective antenna. So for sure more about form over function on this.

Didn’t fit 2011 Tacoma
Had to return. thread adapter is way too short for truck antenna socket. other than that it’s a nice antenna

Fits Gen2 Honda CRV 2002-2006 perfectly.
I don't listen to radio stations anymore, so there's no reason to drag the flimsy Honda antenna through the air. Besides, at freeway speeds, it's bowed back so far, it looks like a joke. This little stubby guy is about 1-3/16" tall and had a stepped threaded stud that fit the threads down inside the Honda antenna base. I hand threaded the stud down into the base, and then hand threaded the stubby down onto the stud. Done deal.If you're wondering about radio reception, I'm able to pick up local stations in about a 15mi radius of the station, in an area surrounded by 1,200'-1,700' peaks and ridge lines. With the regular car antenna, it was more like a 50mi radius.

Poor finish quality
My antenna is severely faded after just over a year of use. My vehicle is detailed regularly, garage kept and usually parked in the shade when I’m at work. Didn’t expect this but I guess it’s what I get for trying to save a few bucks instead of going with the well known brand. Never had this problem with that other antenna brand.

Perfect
Fit perfectly on my 2015 Chrysler Town and country. I never use FM radio anymore I'm only streaming. I needed to get rid of the sail antenna because the automatic car washes constantly Bend it. This was perfect and it's clean looking.
