Good price for a basic lamp. Like the chain switch on and off. Seems fairly sturdy and easily assembled. Top tip - screw the wood bit together by turning the top part (join with shade part otherwise it won't screw tightly. Shade easily assembled too.

Slimline appearance, excellent as a reading lamp. Lamp shade to big for my liking so changed it. Also changed supplied warm light bulb to white light.

would have likes the stand little longer but that is my preference. Very pleased with price and looks lovely.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I appreciate it has been well thought out, designed well, however, the manufacturing let's it down. It arrived in a small box, which surprised me, there are 4 parts to the pole that screw together, however, if you look at my photo you will see the wooden ones, and the most noticeable part, doesn't align. This has annoyed me quite a bit. I think had they screwed together seamlessly I wouldn't have a problem with this product at all. It's competitively priced for a floor lamp and it otherwise seems to be of good quality, although, the light pull seems a little cheap and is not exactly as the one pictured. I've bought a designer lampshade for it, which I am hoping will distract the eye from the pole. Really, it would be better if the wood section were one longer piece; it's been designed to fit into a small box, perhaps before thinking this needs to be right when it's assembled and in the customers home for years to come. It's a shame really as it's almost there.

I hadn't realised the middle bit on the stand was wood and thought it was golden but it's a nice light and looks good.

It’s a lamp that needs a little assemble. It’s so easy but the light shade was a bit tricky. Everyone who comes in immediately comment on it and asks where I bought it . It looks very modern but in a nice way

This comes in a flat box and I found assembly straight forward and took only a few minutes. Well made and the base is heavy enough to ensure the lamp remains stable. One thing I didn’t read in other reviews is you have to assemble the shade. Again pretty straightforward and I feel the shade looks more expensive than it was. Finally the bulb which is included gives a nice warm glow. Very happy with my purchase.
