i cannot wear these headphones for more than 5 minutes without my ears start to ring due to the noise cancellation, they are super comfortable however literally make me sick

After spending 2 hours troubleshooting audio stutters, I was left with an over priced pair of headphones with a poor microphone and even worse audio quality. Not sure what exactly is going on, maybe I have a defective unit, but using the included usb-c female to usb-a male adapter seemed to be causing the aforementioned issue. When trying these headphones with my phone and laptop via usb-c to usb-c connection, the audio quality is substantially better and much more consistent. As for comfort, the padding is nice, but the earcups don't swivel nearly far enough to compensate for human ears naturally facing more forward. Just to put a cherry on top of everything, the price was lowered $30 not a week after I ordered them. I will likely be returning these and getting something of the same quality or better for half the price.

I am unable to return the product as it was discovered that we had purchased a used/ refurbished product from the retailer. While Logitech Certified Refurbished products, Logitech cannot offer warranty on third-party refurbs. So I am unable to return this product for exchange.The headset stopped working correctly, acting like wires within the controller has loose wires. Causing the sound to become distorted or automatically will mute. Was just looking for a replacement

Headline sums it up, really. The sound cuts out for a moment when you turn on the mic and it switches your audio to mono. I wanted to use this while gaming but the change in audio quality makes this unusable. It's a shame because the sound quality wasn't bad while the mic was off. Installing their software did nothing to fix it. Stay very far away.
