I have had the strap for approximately 5 months now and as I said in the title it’s a lot more conformable than the strap that came with the Fitbit. It is easy to attach/remove and the only time I take it of is to shower & charge. There is a negative however, IMHO the strap does not stretch but the clip slips and needs to be adjusted every couple of days.
