After much research I was astonished at the price of this unit. I was certain it would be a refurbished device or knock off. Much to my surprise it is the real deal! I took this with us to Walt Disney World. This worked phenomenal to recharge not only my phone but my two sons phone MANY times throughout the 14 hour day in the park. Several people stopped me to ask about where I found this unit. This device does take a while to fully charge (I charged overnight) & is bulky and heavy (about a pound). It is definitely not for use in your pocket. But is great buy for any tourist!

This is a traveling must have- it is a lifesaver. I highly recommend that everyone gets this. It charges your phone quickly and multiple times before needing to be recharged. The only downside is that It takes a whole day to charge it fully charge, but once this is charged it lasts forever!

I’ve had this power pack since 2018 and it still works like the day I got it. The power pack takes a little while to fully charge, but once it’s at full battery it will retain a charge for months if it’s not used.When used to charge devices, it can charge a cell phone to full battery at least two to three times. Very durable, but a little heavy. I don’t ever carry it in my pocket, but it’s great for a backpack.

This thing is a BEAST! It is heavy and wont fit in your pants pocket. But, it charges my phone for a week! It says it has 8 charges, but I often get more out of it. I love this for travel, and it is always in my backpack. This has saved me and pretty much all of my friends from a dead phone at one point in life. Great quality, I hope it lasts forever.

This is a great battery pack based on initial usage. I charged my phone with this for a few days, with some heavy video use. This is fantastic for car camping and power outages at home, and maybe regular travel. I bought this for backpacking but it's much heavier than expected (a touch over a poundpounds and as big as a compact external hard drive) so I'll have to find another solution. Otherwise it would have gotten five stars. But for the power and price (I bought it on sale on Prime Day) I will definitely keep it! I recommend it when weight isn't an issue. Hopefully it will last for years, but it's too soon to tell.Also, when I ordered this is never actually arrived with the other item in the order. I am grateful to Amazon for trusting me and sending another one without a hassle and a new return period. It was a good experience!Update: I still can't give it 5 stars due to the weight, but I have found myself carrying it anyway. I get multiple fast charges and it brings a lot of convenience and peace of mind. I recommend this product!

I bought this to use during trips when I have no access to a wall charger. I have used it for more than that. It is great for charging my iPhone and iPad, but it does not charge an Android very well. I use this so much that I've had to charge it quite a few times. It seems like I'm charging it every week or two. Even with that inconvenience, i'm glad I have this.

I’ve had mine for a couple of days now and no problem. I still don’t get why this is cheaper than the rest however. It holds 20,800mAh for only $40 and it has a 2.1 output. Still at a disbelief until now. Everything looks legit including the package and the unit itself. Sure it’s somewhat big and heavy but that’s what you get when you’re packing that much juice!My old Mophie that I bought two years ago but lost it only packed 12000mAh and now it’s on sale for $79 (from $129) so it’s still more expensive than this product.Who knows what the gimmick is but until now, I’m happy and satisfied with my product. Charges my iPhone X and iPad Mini very well. It’s not USB-C but I don’t need it. Anyway, get it while it’s still $40, supplies might be limited. I’m planning on buying two more to giveaway.

Friendly PSA: this thing is a large, heavy brick. I should have realized that from the description - it is over 1 lb and almost an inch thick - but it did not occur to me that it would be this large. It would be absurd to carry it in a pocket, even a very large one. I don't use a purse, but I think it would be a bit ridiculous in most purses. I got it because I am usually away from home on the weekends, and I will still carry it in my backpack for this purpose. However, this is NOT a substitute for a more portable power bank. Great value if you need lots of juice.
