This is a really good brand! When you take a new supplement you need to give it time to get into your system. Works great!

Excellent magnesium product. I take each night prior to bed time - no longer experiencing leg cramps - also seem to have more restful, deeper sleep.

I am 60 years old and have been hearing a lot about the benefits of magnesium glycinate, so I decided to give this a try. I have been taking it a couple of months now, once daily. It comes in capsule form and is easy to swallow. No bad taste. I don't really know if it's working or not, but I'd like to believe it is. Will continue to take and hope for the best. Great value and third party tested, which is important to me.

This is great for sleep. It works very well but it can also interact with blood pressure medications and lower your blood pressure
