I probably should have looked for measurements but the mat does seem small although it is very comfy to do my ab work out on just abit small

Very Supportive
very supportive of lower back when using for core exercise. Like for many, home workouts have become a regular occurrence, this has defiantly help with my core routine.

A little bit stiffer than what I’ve used before.
This Ab mat does the job as described. The only think that needs mentioning is that it is a bit stiff to what I uses to uses in different CrossFit places.Some won’t mind but some would so I thought of mentioning it.
