I'm getting sick of cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt, and chicken breast so I was looking into whey protein isolate. I had tried a couple of protein shakes and found them awful, so I was anticipating holding my nose when I drank. I'm also allergic to most artificial sweeteners and don't like Stevia. I do like erythritol, though. So I was looking for a protein shake that supplied 25mg+ of protein either unsweetened or sweetened with erythritol. This one had good reviews and came in dark chocolate, so I ordered it. Heeding the advice I'd picked up from reviews,I mixed one scoop with a bit over 12 oz of cold whole milk, a gently rounded teaspoon of gourmet organic cocoa powder, and a heaping spoon of extra erythritol. D*mn. That was good!
