After my second pregnancy, I have been using this brush to massage my legs and feet, I use coconut oil, message for 15 mins, my feet has never been so soft, and my legs has never been so smooth, I said goodbye to cellulite, i have been using this for almost 2 years. My husband and I also use this to message our sculp using rosemay mint oil, it has helped us with hair growth. This isn't for everyone! If you don't have severe Keratosis Pilaris or similar and don't need a really coarse brush for exfoliation, then just get a less coarse brush. This is EXCELLENT if you know how to use it.I spent years trying to find something coarse enough to help with my incredibly bad KP and everything was just too soft. The I found this bad boy and I'm never turning back.TIP: Don't scrub hard, let the coarseness of the brush do the work. If you try to scrub the way you would normally with a dry brush you will damage your skin and it will HURT.

This came as a set with M3 ylang ylang/ginger massage oil for dry brushing. I love the quality of this brush. The bristles are not soft, nor are they intended to be. Dry brushing has so many health benefits. A number of my friends have either heard about it or have been doing it themselves for years with positive results. I appreciate the quality of the M3 products.This and the ylang ylang/ginger oil have already shown improvements in the condition of my skin..I can actually feel internal changes during the process...mindfulness immediately improves...and a funny reaction of lightly sweating as I dry brush. I have been using daily for a week...and this is definitely one of those self care routines that permanently sticks.

Was happy using it in the beginning but after two weeks' happiness, it turned into a big disappointment. I tried hard to put it back but failed many a time. Gave it up in the end.
