I started taking D3 & K2 combination two years ago. I was taking much lower doses and didn't feel much effect. I've been taking this brand and dosage for about two months. I can definitely feel the difference in my energy levels and mood. I am very happy I tried the higher dosage :) The pill is easy to swallow and leaves no taste at all in the mouth. Great value for the price.I very much enjoy this product. However I received two bottles in a twin pack where the capsules were all stuck together. I cannot take even a single one. I thought a return would be simple, but there is not any returns accepted with this product. So, now I will have to shop for similar item in local health store as I cannot afford to spend thirty five dollars and not be able to take a single dose from two bottles.

Ive re-bought these at least 4 times. They are very easy to swallow great value the quality is great and very effective and we know for a fact we are getting the high dose Vitamin D we need.

I drank this like for a month almost daily and I finally got my vit d higher. Not too much, jus a lil bit . Very effective. Very nice. No side effects so far, only that I stopped getting sick frequently 100/10Still drinking it from time to time (since my vit d is in range). No side effects so far (few months in use)

This dose of D3 is extremely strong. My Thyroid doctor was shocked this dose was sold without a script. I have low D3 and thought I'd give it a try. The doctor said it is a quality product ingredient wise, but too strong to take as a daily supplement. I was instructed to only take this once a week.

Originally gave bad review, first delivery was to my outdoor PO box on a 90 degree Florida day. They were all melted together and god knows what the heat does to the vitamin itself. However, I tried them again and was delivered to my door. Soft gels are easier on digestive system.

My vitamin D level usually stays in the toilet at 19. Now, I'm at 56.
