I’ve bought them on previous occasions. On closer inspection however, it seems that my recent order is missing some elements. Only 28 x 6mm spacers were sent when the sealed outer packaging specifically states that there should be 32. This will, unfortunately, delay work that I was hoping to carry out today. I now have to try and liaise for a further dispatch and a return of the under-stocked package. Since writing the above, the company advised that their indication of the number of spacers provided is only approximate. Apparently they are packed by weight. However, they understood my predicament and acted promptly and swiftly sent out more to compensate for the missing spacers.
