Shipping got split so it arrived a little later than expected but not the fault of Renanim at all. Bed is of the highest quality and everything functions as it should out of the box. Setup is easy and doesn't require any tools other than something to cut the zip ties with that hold some of the cables. Like the fact you can adjust the height with the legs provided.Love the convenience of the underbed lighting and USB ports and the handy little pocket for the remote control on the frame. Movement is relatively quiet and quick.Mattresses were super comfortable and with the right amount of firmness while providing support.Would buy again, just hope I don't need to for years to come :)

I purchased the full-size adjustable bed, and the 14" mattress with massage. Renanim thought of everything when designing this bed. First and foremost, it is so comfortable! I have had 3 back surgeries, and I have constant neck and back pain. Although my back problems still exist, I can say that I had a great night of sleep! The remote lights up and there is also a LED light at the tip of the remote along with underneath bed lighting, with 2 USB ports on each side. There are several different heights that you can choose for the bed. I decided to use the lowest height because I have a cat, and this will prevent her from going under the bed and playing with the electrical cords. I have attached the different height photos for you to see. Also, the massage is wonderful, and can be set for 10 minutes or 20 minutes for relieving neck, back and foot pain. It was worth the money!Also, customer service was fantastic! As soon as I purchased this bed, I received an email from Renanim informing me that the bed will come in 2 deliveries. Anne and Mary answered every question promptly and was more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend buying this bed and mattress to anyone of my friends.By the way, the headboard on this bed did not come with this purchase.

This was easy to put together. The electronics work perfectly with the remote. The mattress is soft and remains comfortable in any position.My only issue is that I am short and this is a bit difficult for me to get onto the bed.

I bought this for my husband and I. He is disabled and needed something for back support. These are wonderful products and they work exactly like described. ALSO- The company is AMAZING!!!! Great communication and fast responses on all questions I had!!! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I love this bed. It helps me relax takes a bit of the pain away because I have restless leg syndrome, so the vibration helps along with the elevation.

Easy to set up. Mechanics are smooth. Bed has an under bed light you can turn off/on. The remote has a flashlight. We got the split king because I have acid reflux and need the head raised to stay asleep at night while my husband only uses adjusting when reading or watching tv. We got the firm mattress to help with not dipping into bed when on stomach. I feel this was a “good bang for the buck” purchase. We did just get it so if anything pops up I will update. So far loving it.

We've had it for about six months now. Works well. Is solid. Love the pocket for the remote. Best price was on Amazon. It's heavy so we opted for the delivery service. It was needed. Even the two burly guys struggled to get it up a set of stairs.

Not knowing what I was getting into, I bought this, my first adjustable bed! Two shipments with different shippers! WHAT????! A nightmare that should never happen again to anyone! UPS and FedEx! A combination that should never exist! UPS was a step up from FedEx. A lot of time passed and no REAL communication from the company, just scripted responses. I ended up investigating where my purchase was. FedEx Drivers don’t communicate at all. UPS does. I found my long overdue frame, at 9pm in a UPS distribution center, and drove there myself and picked it up. At least they loaded it for me! A week later I hunted down the mattress, sitting in a city far away, at a Kinko’s! Very professional Kinko’s employees helped me load that up, then I had to drive all the way back to my city. Finally after 3 more days, my “assembly project” was complete. The six legs for the sturdy frame were well made. I checked the 2 three-speed massage motors and they worked superbly. The mattress is so incredibly firm yet comfortable, considering it was in-a-box! So well made, it beats out every one of my top brand purchases in the past, at half their costs, even in the ‘ol box-springs days. Here’s the biggest part of this entire transaction: This company refunded me half the cost of my purchase, after I informed them of my situations, 3-4 times, -but before I was going to ask for a full refund, since I was going to have to shop again for a new one. Ugh! I hope a company that makes an outstanding product like this bed, realizes that service after the sale is equally important and valuable to customers! Please don’t use FedEx?!!
