Just received this lunch box. At 23L it is good sized for me. Allows me to carry my chemo cryo/ice gloves and socks in one section and my lunch in the other section. Carrying less bags is always best and safe for me.As it’s brand new, I have to give it a few uses and I’ll be able to provide feedback on the effectiveness of keeping the contents cold. It looks very adequate to last for lunchtime or a little bit later in the day if the cooler is kept in normal room temperature of 65-78 degrees.The photos help you get a size perspective and how much it can hold. These are your 11 oz protein box shake and 12 oz bottle shake. Plenty of room for a lunch and then some.It has two outside pockets where I attached the protein shakes for photos. In the front there is a long pocket that is almost the length of the length of the cooler. It has a detachable key chain hook to stash your keys. It easily accessible and the key chain snaps out for easy to use. Very functional. Has a variety of colors.Great value!I recommend this lunch box!

Big as hell. Very sturdy and nice looking. My coworkers are staring and making comments which I am taking as a positive. Doubles as a carry-on.

Excellent size for carrying multiple meals in the same bag. Keeps food cool in bottom section, while the top section allows for dry foods or implements. Also, the front compartment have additional storage for implements or other items. Carry strap is convenient and has a strong snap to keep the halves together.

Been using the bag for a few weeks now and it's a great lunch bag. Only issues that I'm facing is the zipper gets snagged and is sometimes hard to use. Other then that, the bag is heavy so it's starting to fold a little in on itself. But it keeps the food cold, the size fits even the big frozen meals. So pretty happy over all!

I've owned many softsided lunch bags over the years, this one is hands down the best. It's perfectly designed, durable, easy to carry & large enough for all my heavy glass storage containers (my wife packs it likes it's my last meal 😁). You won't be disappointed, buy this one. Hope they change nothing and continue making it.

So many pockets! All insulated. The green color is eye catching. I love the 2 strap choices to carry. It is big in size and my coworkers hate to see me coming; but for a gal who works 12 hours and occasional night shifts, this holds enough food and drinks to keep me going!

I was in between getting a hard shell lunch box or this, I wanted sturdy. I’m so happy i got this one. I travel from place to place during the work day. This has enough compartments to organize warm and cold storage as well as little compartments for other items. Zipper works well, i’ve been using weekdays for the last three weeks and it’s all held up well.
