Just received mine. the black material bar with the 4 clips has a broken clip. can i just get that replaced or do i have to return and reorder?

That’s a good question. We haven’t opened ours yet. We need to do that. Our son isn’t quite in it yet but he’s getting really close so good call. Thank you for the heads up on yours. I’ll have to double check and make sure that mine is fine…. I will contact Amazon support, but more than likely they will probably just replace it so they will probably request having it sent back
