I've never heard of this brand, but I was desperate for some ACV pills at an affordable price to try it out in pill form. Well, I was surprised at how effective they were, as it helped me digest my other supplements very well. I would DEFINITELY recommend this brand because of how insanely affordable it is, and also because it is a high quality, reliable brand. Other than that, the flavor is as expected (you know, that sour smell), but it's not by any means "bad".

I have been taking apple cider vinegar for a couple of years now for the many benefits it has. But I especially take it as part of a natural regimen to control my high blood pressure. Taking apple cider vinegar straight may be better than the pills, but I am not totally convinced of that. I started out with a regimen of taking the stuff straight or mixing it with water but switched to the pills in a matter of weeks for it was just too hard to keep up. And personally I have had the same success with the pills as I have with the straight liquid as far as my BP readings are concerned. I have admittedly switched around a little when it comes to cider supplements, but I like this American Health for the price is right and the dosage per tablet is a little higher. One thing I should mention is that they are tablets, and not capsules as the description states. The tablets seem extra strong to me and can really make your eyes water when sniffing the bottle. I don't mind them at all, and never have a problem getting them down. But some people who prefer or are used to capsules may not like them. Just keep that in mind when considering them over the competitors. As far as I am concerned they are a good strong dose, always fresh, and the price is great.. I recommend them.. : )

I was drinking ACV for lowering my cholesterol and other problems I have, I have noticed the pains is was having in my hands is now gone not quite sure what it was neither was the doctors, but who cares now it is Gone, but the problem I was having is the ACV out of the bottle was the taste I mixed it with plenty of water but the taste was still too bad to bear, So now I use these tablet's in which is much easier for me to swallow there is a strong smell with these tablets but it does beat the alternative to drinking it, I have noticed that my intergestion and stomach problems I was having seem to be have gone away. There are many benefits to ACV, I was doubtful at first if this really works or not but it does for me. I will give these tablets a 5-star rating and maybe more if they was coated or something to aid in swallowing them. I would definitely recommend these tablets.

Like others I initially tried apple cider vinegar in liquid form for a myriad of health reasons. I tried downing it every way possible but the taste made me gag and with vinegar being so terrible for the enamel of your teeth I decided to try pills instead. I chose American Health Products brand (despite never hearing of them previously) because they offered the highest milligram pills at a great price (currently around $7).The instructions on the bottle recommend "... adults take two (2) tablets one to three times daily, preferably with a meal.". I have been taking two pills at a time twice a day. Usually two with breakfast and then two right after dinner. I haven't experienced any stomach aches as I did with liquid ACV, and despite the overwhelming smell when you open the bottle the taste of the pills isn't terrible.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pills are uncoated and extremely porous. They aren't very large, perhaps a little bit bigger than an Altoid. But they have a tendency to get stuck on your tongue when you are trying to swallow them which makes for an unpleasant experience.The website tells you what they are free of (yeast, gluten, wheat, etc.) but now what is in them! Suffered migraines since I was 10 and I am now 48. I take massive meds to get the pain meds to work. Someone asked me if I had tried these. Did some research and honestly expected nothing as I suffer from hormonal migraines. I was getting my period every 2 weeks and was anemic, tired, running through migraine meds. Started taking these at the lowest dosage (2 tablets a day), minimal taste but you have to pee all the time are the only down side. Benefits - almost immediately lessened my migraines and even the ones I had were less severe. My period stopped coming every 2 weeks and I lost weight. Yes it's possible I moved into another phase of pre-menopause but I don't care. All I know is I have a lot more energy and hardly any more migraines and I am down to the bottom of the bottle and I will continue to take them. My mom is now taking them and she now longer suffers from severe water retention and she has more energy too. Do some research to see if these might help you, but I am very happy with them.
