What is the square footage of each roll?

Hi there! Each sheet on our paper towels is 10.83 x 6.29 inches. Our rolls are 150 sheets each, and each box has 12 paper towels. That works out to be ~71 square feet per roll and ~852 square feet per box!

Seller is not being clear, are these total chlorine free TCF as stated in title but no where else (not even cloud paper's site)?
