The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + Hyaluronic Acid Spheres 2%, Serum with Pure L-Ascorbic Acid

This vitamin C cream really does a great job. It does not irritate my skin nor make it dry, and I’ve noticed a very big difference in the brightness and color of my skin. It can hurt my eyes if I put too much on or too close to my eyes.

I bought this with high expectations, and it definitely delivered. The Vitamin C concentration is strong, so you might feel some tingling at first—totally normal. In my case, I noticed brighter, more even-toned skin within a week. The texture is a bit gritty, so I wouldn’t use it under makeup, but as a nighttime treatment, it works great. If you’re used to Vitamin C and want something powerful at a great price, this is a solid choice!

This product is absolutely disgusting! It literally feels like the worst tackiest, heavy, oily, thick, uncomfortable sunscreen you have ever had the misfortune of putting on at the beach. This of course is not sunscreen. I have no idea why any company would make a face moisturizing product this extremely uncomfortable and tacky. It is literally the grossest most disgusting feeling product I have ever tried. It literally reminded me of those tacky tacky tacky cheap Sunscreens that ruined your beach vacation. Don’t know if this product has any good results if left on literally could not stand to leave this mess on my face.

For those that say it has a greasy or gritty texture, I say its the best . It is a strong VIT C product for a great price. Thank you The Ordinary for bringing skinceuticals that are all actually inexpensive ingredients to us for these incredible prices. I use FIRST thing in morning, the do other things before makeup. I don't use a make up base, just eyes cheeks and lips, so if you do, just use it as your night serum, or pat excess off after it settles into skin. For the life of me I have no idea why women spend $100s on formulations with the same simple ingredients. My routine: The Ordinary Vit C in morning, The Ordinary Copper Peptide and Retin A at night. I don't understand why people fall for the high price. A dermatologist will give you a prescription for Retin A, then use Good RX for about $40 for a 4 month tube. My Retin and and The Ordinary give me the same results as those very overpriced cosmetic brands. So, if the Vit C formula is a little greasy, I can deal with that at this high potency AND low price. I am thrilled to have the product in my routine.

Loveeeeee this item. It's a stronger formula so it does sting a bit when you first apply! If you're just starting vitamin c maybe try a weaker formula. Also, this is an exfoliant so it does feel a bit gritty, which is normal. It kind of comes out of the bottle quicker than I'd like, but that is a bottle design problem not the product itself. Will reorder for sure!!

I wanted to love it after reading reviews. It’s just too greasy for my skin. People talk about the grittiness in the reviews, and It’s seriously not that bad. Nowhere near like rubbing an exfoliant on your face. It’s barely gritty. If you have oily skin pass on this product.

I am pleased with this. It doesn’t smell good, matter of fact it kinda smells like a damp towel that sat too long. BUT, it has faded 2 age spots that nothing else has touched. I will keep buying!!

Product is very good. One thing to note is this is the 2nd time I buy this item. 1st one product came short and too thick. 2nd one the container was fully open and the product -100% liquid- spilled.
