This has worked for me with a fairly quick fix to calm my anxiety. I used the alcohol free version. It's sweet and doesn't take much to have an effect. I haven't had any side effects. It's non drowsy, just relaxing.

Stops a panic attack in its tracks! I have both the glycerin and the alcohol version and have used them for years. Don't take the alcohol one orally. It's nasty. That is for adding a few drops to your water or other drink. The glycerin is great if you need an instant "chill pill". It actually tastes quite nice. Even my 8yo will take it. Bottle is small enough to slip in my purse or even my pocket.

I out this stuff in my morning coffee and I feel calm all day long. This stuff works very well!

This stuff works. I wasn't sure, as I've tried simular stuff before and it didn't help. This stuff is like miracle in a bottle. 4 drops under thr tongue and I'm ready to face the day. It tastes strong, like honey. Doesn't have a bad smell. Good travel size, and durable bottle since I keep in it the bottom of my purse. I recommend for all my anxious peeps out there

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works as advertised. Suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. Have a bottle at my disposal to take when overwhelmed. This medication, special breathing techniques and focusing on something positive helps to calm down.

This Bach Flower essence helped get my little dog through his terror on the 4th of July. I gave him 2 drops, stayed with him for 20 minutes or so, played classical music, and he went fast asleep for a couple of hours during the worst of the firework noise. I highly recommend this if you have a nervous pup.
