Huge, delicious fruit. Worth the price.
I fell in love with passion fruit at a breakfast buffet in Sydney AU. At the time, I didn't appreciate their look, but I thought I'd be brave and try one and then went back and took all of them off the fruit tray. Ever since then, I've been searching for passion fruit at home. The few times I do find them, they cost $3-4 a piece. I buy them anyway. I even bought a vine that I babied for two years, watching it take over every other plant in reach while only giving up four fruit in two years (it died when I tried to prune it back -- apparently passion fruit vines like to roam free). When I saw I could get them through Amazon (Tropical), I figured I'd give it a try despite the reviews complaining about the fruits' freshness, etc. I got my delivery the other day (mine weren't packed with the vines, just wadded up paper) and the only thing that would make me happier is if they weren't so expensive. I got only eight fruit -- but they are HUGE -- easily twice the size of any I've seen before. And I got 2 lbs as advertised. I let them get a little wrinkly and then just cut them in half and eat the flesh and seeds with a spoon. So far I've only eaten one, and it was delicious, exactly what I've been craving. Yes, they're definitely a luxury, but I will be ordering again, at least every once in awhile.

Not so fresh.
Love these fruits. About 1/2 of them looked old.

Exactly what I hoped for
Are you skeptical about buying passionfruit online? I was. But I’ve purchased from this company previously, and tried them again when I had a recent passionfruit craving, AND to treat myself for my bday. I am very pleased with the amount and quality...exactly like the fruit I bought and enjoyed when I lived on St. Croix in the VI. Per fruit, at my local grocery store (the fancy one), each fruit can be $3 per IF they are in at all, which is a rare occurrence. But these were delivered quickly and exactly ripened, with just enough wrinkles. Great buy!

Happy! Delicious!
Sold by Kejora.First time buying passion fruit online, was nervous but so happy I did. I will buy these again!Could smell them when opening the box! So exciting!!there was a corner with a bit of muck (pictured) and 2 that were a bit moldy. But when opened, the pulp inside was fine (second picture). I didn’t count how many initially but think I received about 16. They have wrinkly skins and a few have soft spots, but I know this is OK and the pulp inside will be good.So delicious, not sure how to describe, but if you know passion fruit, these are perfect.Packing was OK, don’t really need fragile treatment, and shipping was quick.Very happy with purchase, thank you Kejora!

Empty and shriveled
Almost all of the passionfruit in the box were shriveled and empty, one had clearly gone bad. Huge waste of money, it was like buying someone's trash.

Too Few Ripe Ones
These were fresh and shipped pretty fast. However, most of them were not ripe and several were inedible. The ripe ones ( purple and wrinkled) were wonderful, but there were too few of them. Considering this 2 pound bag was $30., I expected them to be mostly ripe. Maybe if they were a third of the price, I would try again.I would not order them again. I bought them to lower my blood pressure. ( My doctor's advice) I also ordered the Cere's juice. It worked great and will keep ordering the juice- I I drink a small glass twice a day.

I think it's really good
I ordered it on December 9, arrived December 15. Package wasn't damaged as some customers climbed. I never ate fresh passion fruit before, I have no idea how good ripe fruit looks, they all looked like dry from the outside but when I touched and it was squeezable, I assumed it was ready and cut it. From the inside it was full and fresh, I took everything out with a teaspoon, it had great flavor but too sour, I don't know, it means it's not ripe and not ready to eat? But I'm afraid in couple of days it can get bad. Today I mixed it with a little bit of sugar, it was really delicious. I liked the mix of sweetness with sourness. Again I don't know if this is the normal taste or I'm eating fruit that is not ready, but I still like it. Will definitely order again
