Love the WiZ bulbs!
My first one of these bulbs was given to me by my sister who had bought a two pack but only needed the one. She'd told me she was impressed and that I should try one. Now, here I am buying more for myself and some for my partner to use in his place because I think they're great! So easy and quick to set up and use. The app is super user friendly and never has any bugs or issues like with some brands. Plus these are considerably cheaper than the likes of the philips hue bulbs, but serve just as well. You can set up all your lights in the same or different rooms however you like in the app, adjustable colours and brightness, you can set them to come on or off whenever you want. Basically all the convenience you could want right from your phone. The first one my sister gave me some years back is still going strong. If you're torn on what bulbs are best, you certainly can't go wrong with the WiZ bulbs!

Very reliable
Super reliable. Never had an issue since setting it up, which is more than I can say for other brands I’ve used.

Easy but a single niggle.
Easy to add to apps but it would be nice if the Matter code was actually on the bulb. As in the future when moving comes into play this can be a pain

Easy, Functional, and Compatible multi-color bulb
We purchased this for an old 1960s lamp we thrifted and I'm super happy. It's perfect because it's compatible and we can change the color to any hue (through the app) to give a better ambiance in our apartment. Super happy with how easy it was to set up and how fast it arrived.

Great security when away from home
We wanted lights we could operate remotely and that could be automated in my late Mums house, whilst we awaited its sale (for security reasons we didn’t want house in darkness as we felt it would be an open invitation to would-be burglars.Previously had used Hue bulbs but for some reason, after an update the Hue bridge refused to work and we couldn’t automate the lights, so we decided to go with Wizz bulbs as the app looked like it woukd do what we wanted and it does. Lights are fully automated abd we can set schedules as well as adjusting brightness. When my own current Hue Bulbs no longer work, I’ll be replacing with these.

Disappointed in this smar bulb
I always use another brand smart bulb but they didn’t make one small enough for where I wanted it so thought I’d order this and wish I hadn’t. My usual brand are quick to add in using their app - instantly recognise the bulb, installs it, I name it what I want, choose the room I want it in Bob’s your uncle! Not the same with this! I downloaded the wizz app for iOS what a truly terrible app it is and made sure the bulb was in pairing mode and tried to get the app to recognise it. I also ensured I was sitting with the lamp the bulb was in right next to router, as that was a recommendation for installation be close, I was so close I could have used the router as a cushion!Firstly - there were no instructions on the box about installation - or inside - so you have to guess what you do or you look online. I found something to show how to ensure it was in pairing mode. I then assumed if you scanned the code on the box it would find the bulb. It didn’t I tried this on a multitude of occasions. So I tried to add it manually - again on multitudes of occasions. Finally doing it manually it seemed to find it. But then it wouldn’t work in the app and on the note of the app what a terrible app it is! My usual one you switch the light on, you choose white or colour, you choose the hue of it you want - job done. It remembers what you have chosen every time you switch it on. The wizz app appears clunky, difficult to navigate. It just seemed to have been made so overly complicated.I have given up, don’t know if the bulb was faulty, it was the rubbish app but I’ve sent the bulb back and ordered from usual brand and a converter so it will fit in lamp I want it for.Morale of this story for me - stick with what you know!!!

There was method in my madness at getting a bulb as an Xmas present 🙂
Bought this as a Christmas present for my sister, who was a little bemused at getting a lightbulb as a present lol. But now it’s all set up in her lamp, she loves it! For her, it’s so much easier to set up timers for when she’s away and the pretty colours are a bonus. She loves it so much she plans on investing on these smart bulbs for her hall way.

Good system
I've started replacing hue bulbs with these when they stop working, made by the same company (Signify), same brightness, but considerably cheaper. Minor irritation with these is that they don't dim down as far as the hue bulbs can, so its more of a choice between 40%-100% than the 0%-100% you get with Hue. I do like Wiz schedules though and that they can adjust their colour state using a normal lightswitch (on off on again to switch between 2 options) which makes it quite simple. One conflict is the schedules and switch state dont really play well together, when the bulb reconnects to the wifi it overrides the state to whatever the schedule determines.
