Not unlocked!
The phone is locked to a Verizon SIM card. I tested both a Mint Mobile and Metro PCS SIM card and the phone doesn't allow me to get past the initial set of process because it is not recognizing a non-verizon wireless Sim card. It asks for a Verizon wireless SIM card or to shut it down. No way to use it.

Perfect just what I was looking for. I keep dropping my old phone. It was a iPhone. The screen cracked Very happy. Product arrived on time.

Not unlocked!
This device is not unlocked! It comes with a note that it will show up an error massage but in a minute or two will close the error and phone will work normally with any carrier, I waited up to an hour and just saw this error that: this sim card you've insert is not from Verizon... Thanks for Amazon for the easy refund process!

El teléfono funciona sin problemas y estéticamente está muy bien, pero me llevé una decepción cuando ví que la versión del sistema operativo de KaiOs no tiene compatibilidad con muchas aplicaciones, incluyendo WhatsApp y Facebook.

NOT a PRO
The phone is NOT actually the PRO... it is another model. I tried to reach out to the seller to let them know of this incorrect labeling, but they wouldn't change their description and told ME I was wrong (but I OWN TWO pros and this one is NOT the same and the box did NOT say "PRO" like my other boxes). Ok, so the difference that I found was that THIS phone wouldn't do group messaging-- when people in the group write back, they come in one at a time and there was no way to have them all come back as a group response. This phone was FASTER than the pro, though. And it WAS unlocked. It LOOKS like it is locked for a certain provider, but my Verizon and TracFone SIM cards BOTH worked in this phone.
