All you have to do is mix water and syrup together and stir it and pour it into the top of the machine, turn it on and in 15 minutes you have slurpees! The control panel allows you to set the consistency of the slurpee from dense to very liquid. It holds 60 oz of water syrup mix. Usually 1 unit of syrup to 5 of water. Easy to clean. Very well packed for shipment in a wooden box! It is noisy of course and must be run continuously to keep slurpee from melting but you can turn it off for as long as you like and then turn on to return the mix to slurpee. Probably not the healthiest thing to have since it's addictive and you end up drinking too much sugar. Syrup needs to be refrigerated after it's opened so gallon syrup containers are too large for the frig. For home use you only need the single slurpee container since it's easy to purge and switch to a different syrup.

I was really excited to receive the slushy machine. I read the instructions and washed everything before starting because it arrived a little dirty. I filled it up with my sugary juice drinks and turned it on. It ran for 1 hour and barely made any ice crystals. I adjusted it up and down to try and get it to freeze but it never formed a slush after another hour. I went in to request a return and got return approval but I have to pay the return shipping. It was bad enough that it didn’t work but it was insulting to have to pay the return shipment. I would not recommend buying a product from this company.

The media could not be loaded.  This machine makes a slushy in around 20 minutes you have to keep an eye on it when you refill it because when you put you room temperature beverage in it, it makes the temperature warm and the compressor will come on to get the temperature back down if you don't pay attention it will freeze up so be sure to cut the temperature up and down as needed. It has a neet safety system when it freezes up it will cut itself off and start beeping, the changes in temperature around it will make it somewhat challenging. Before I got this slushy machine I was spending 7 to 10 dollars a day at our local convenience stores now I just pay for my favorite 2 letter sugary soda. You have to have sugar in the beverage or it doesn't workout properly. GET YOUR CHIL ON🍹🥂🧋🍒🥶👍

No real way to determine what setting is what … for example… is setting 5 warmer or colder than number 7 .. Other than that I’m happy with it …

Don't waste money..

it works which is great but it's small which I'm okay with and kind of cheaply built. instructions could be better.

Very difficult to clean.

This product did not work as intended. It had to be returned as it did not get cold enough to create slush. If ordering another model, I'd be mindful of the making sure the tank size meets the actual need.

I want to have replacement as the one i received is faulty unit .
