**Q: how do you keep cheese from spoiling when you send it tt canada**
A: Hi,  So sorry for the delay in answering.  We use reusable ice packs and insulated foil for shipping, depending upon the temperature we are sending to.  If it is cool enough, those items are not necessary.  Cheese will be just fine with temps in the 50's and below.
