This foam clay is exceptional value for money. I was purchasing smaller packs of a different make for my fundraising projects and went through more than I would have liked. This brand comes in multiple colours and the texture is by far the best I have used. It dries as it should (i always leave things ivernight) and it is so easy to mould and work with and it's functionality is varied. I have purchased one other smaller oack so far in the brown but find i can blend other colours of the clay to make a spectrum of colours because of its quality it is workable. This size of tub is very cost effective and I purchased based a second. Im eager to make more projects for our upcoming art fundraising event so was really happy to find this seller. I will continue to purchase and would highly recommend as it is also a great one to use with the kids.

I love this stuff

This product is very workable and easily smooths well with your bare hands. It cures within a reasonable time and covers well with acrylic paints. I applied it to a cardboard surface and it adheres very well to the structure. It's big advantage is its very light weight when cured. I used it in mask making for a play and the results are very pleasing. It doesn't like a second application added on top of the first unless it is still wet. Hot glue does not melt this product though.

It’s definitely the best foam clay I’ve used, only reason I’m knocking one star off is because I believe it’s overpriced for what it actually is

Not to blow my own trumpet, but as a first time puppet maker, and my first time using foam clay, I think I nailed it with this Falkor over the shoulder puppet! 😁 This foam clay is so easy to use, and with so little mess it’s perfect for kids and adults to get creative with! Work in thin layers, letting dry before building up more layers and it’s perfect! I’ve not tried sanding it yet, as this was a rush job for a community event, but I’ll be doing lots more experimenting! A 3lb tub made 3 dragons easily, you just need to build up your shape with card, foam, foil or polystyrene first, then use masking tape to shape a little better, and then the foam clay sticks well to it! So many creative uses for this stuff, on with Christmas decorations now!

Absolutely love this stuff. Excellent for doing basic models (not the best media for detailed work). Great to work with for kids. Can mix in paints for colour or just paint once dried. Huge bucket so will last a long time!

This air dry foam is more than fantastic! It’s absolutely incredible and it’s more than perfect for my art! It dries wonderfully, doesn’t crack, it has the perfect tacky consistency, is so very pliable and it paints up a treat! As l create monsters , beasties and other forms of art, l have stopped using my previous foams and l only use this foam now and l haven’t looked back! It gives me the perfect coverage, blends amazingly and once dry completely…. Looks beautiful especially once painted. If you’re looking for an air dry foam that even little fingers will adore, l can not highly recommend this product enough!!!!!! The bulk buy tub is awesome… it’s full and just waiting for your hand to dive in and begin creating your masterpieces. I have found that it’s best to use small amounts at a time (lessens wastefulness of thinner pieces of unwanted foam that has already began to dry and it really is best to add more as you go 😃). Just a little side note: in between uses, keep the lid on as it will preserve the longevity of the foam in the tub. Once again, l can not highly recommend this product enough…… it’s just amazing….. period! Thank you so much to the seller of this foam 😊. p.s Happy creating.

I have nothing but good things to say. I bought this on a whim hoping it would be good and it’s exceeded expectations. I was hesitant at first as it was more expensive than other ones, but it’s worth it! The tub is massive and it was filled completely to the top. It does take some time to dry but that’s expected. When you first grab a chunk of it out of the tub there are little lumps in it but after like 10s of mushing it around they’re completely gone. I also did some test pieces with it and, it mixes great with acrylic paint to dye it and when I painted some after it dried it held up great. There was some fuzzing but I think that was just because I used too much paint. Also when I squished it after painting it, the paint didn’t crack which is a bonus. I found that the lid was a little loose after opening (maybe from shipping it got bent) but even if yours is good I still recommend putting down a layer of plastic wrap on under the lid to keep it from drying. It’s been over a week and it’s still super soft.

Worked well for our first grade project. It was easy to use and didn’t make a mess. The kids had fun using it and it was very pliable to form into whatever shape my students needed. It also dried easily. The size was perfect for my 28 students. We even had extra!
