I needed it for work but it wouldn't connect to the wifi

Bought this to keep an eye on our new dog while we are out. Easy to set up, works really well and the intercom is great for telling him to lie down or go to bed. Would not be without it now it's a fabulous product.

Bought this item back in March, it has already stopped working!!!! Have followed all of the instructions to reset and try to get the device working again but still not working. The device is on but nothing happens. Impossible to contact the company to report the issues!!!

Bought this so the wife could keep an eye on her elderly mother,placed by the front door, paid for itself when M.I.L took a small tumble by her stair lift, she has a habit of not pressing her help button, but spotted it, and you can talk through the camera base, which really helped

Excellent camera at the start. For the whole 2 weeks I’ve had it. It’s now not moving when I move the camera on my phone 😡😡😡 makes it pointless basically!!!!!!!Was great until it just broke down !!!

Ich habe bereits einige Produkte Annke, auch aus dem höherpreisigen Bereich und war immer sehr zufrieden.Nun war ich auf der Suche nach einer Dome-Kamera für den Indoor Bereich zur Remote-Überwachung unseres Gästezimmers, wenn der Enkel zu Besuch ist.Bei einem Preis von knapp 30 € war ich Anfangs etwas irritiert, wurde aber ganz schnell von der sehr guten Qualität überzeugt.Die Kamera wird sehr hochwertig und sicher verpackt geliefert.In der Packung befinden sich:- die Kamera- Montagezubehör (Fuß, Schrauben)- Ein Steckernetzteil 5V / 1A (USB)- Das Anschlusskabel- Eine Kurzanleitung in deutsch und englischDie Einrichtung im heimischen Netzwerk hat dank der deutschen Kurzanleitung keine 5 Minuten gedauert und schon war Bild und Ton auf dem Smartphone zu empfangen.App laden, installieren, Konto einrichten, Kamerasuche starten, fertig. Super!Die Bildqualität ist absolut ausreichend, vor allem wenn der Raum relativ dunkel ist erkennt man immer noch alle Details.Funktionen wie Bewegungserkennung, Objektverfolgung funktionieren gut, die Aufnahmen sind wirklich Klasse.Bei Bedarf kann man die entsprechenden Push Meldungen aktivieren.Die Steuerung der Schwenk- / Neigefunktion ist kinderleicht, über Bildschirm oder auch über die OSD-Buttons.Wir werden das kleine praktische Gerät nun ausgiebig testen.Was wir bislang gesehen haben, hat uns mehr als überzeugt!

Einrichtung und Bedienung keine Probleme. Die "Menschliche Erkennung" ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Wenn die eingeschaltet wird, läuft die Aufzeichnung ohne Unterbrechung.
