I’m a medical provider who recommends this product and use it myself. The quality is the same as the prescription L-Methylfolate which most insurance doesn’t cover. If you have MTHFR deficiency taking this WITH Folic Acid will help your medication work to the best of its ability. Talk with your Dr first obviously, but personally I can tell a significant difference in mood and overall wellbeing as it boosts the effectiveness of my prescribed medications. Excellent product.

Worked great. Don't know if it did as much as I thought
Edit: Changed from 4 to 5 stars. I think it did help overall. Not an incredible amount, but I'm trying these again from a cheaper version (#1 on L-Methylfolate on Amazon right now). Worth it if you can get for half the price or less, imo.Original: Literally can't tell, as I've moved onto a healthier lifestyle with diet and exercise and feel better than I did on these meds. But before all that, these probably did help. Recommended by my psychiatrist. Not on them anymore, and may be overpriced, but I assume they're good.

Pricey and not sure it's any better or as good as my other supplement
I read the reviews on this as being so much better than other methylfolate supplements so I decided to try it as I of course want to optimize my mental health. I had been taking a cheaper supplement for quite a while, since my psychiatrist recommended I start taking these supplements. I have been using this for a couple months now to give them a chance and I honestly don't think they're any better than my less expensive supplement. They may not be as good because I have been feeling a bit more depressed and hopeless. I'm just going to go back to my regular, more affordable supplement. For those that this works better for, I'm happy for you.
