Great Knife for bone
I read a lot of reviews and none of them really gave me the answers to decide if this was for me or not. I'll do my best to give you basically all the info you'll need.First, what kind of knife is this? Primarily it's for chopping pieces of meat that has a thick bone.Weight? To me, it's nearly perfect. The Cleaver has good amount of weight behind it, enough to break through the bone with ease, yet not super heavy where you're like I can't hold itHandle? Great balance and is very comfortable to holdEdge? It would take a lot from what I can tell to cause folds in the blade. It's also super sharp so you could totally breakup a pineapple or a hard vegetable like a squash.Uses? As I said this is really something you'll use to say chop or separate ribs, chicken wings from the drum and winglets. You can dice vegetables with this but I wouldn't say it would be an easy task because it's much heavier than a chef knife, but you can do it. You'll easily be able to to take a rib eye and make beef cubes If desired. When breaking the bones, you do need to use a chopping motion because pressing down on the blade unless tons of pressure to me won't get the job done. The good news it the chopping motion is very little hardly any effort. What can't it do? I would not try and break massive bones I don't think it's heavy enough unless you really smash hard.Cleaning: After use, use soap and water and then dry it really well. I'm talking bone dry; no put intended. Then take a paper towel or rag and put a little olive oil on each side and rub it on then put back in case.I can't say if will still rust as others have said since only had a day but if take care of it should be no issues.Overall if you're primary reason for getting this is to dice vegetable, chop meat and break through bone stay clear. If you're primarily purpose is to break through the bone and on occasion use for other tasks then it's for you.Oh, the reverse side I think, although I have not done so would be great for smashing open something like a coconut.

great knife
Great knife with great quality. Extremely sharp, with a comfortable and stable grip. This has been one of my favorite butchers knives to use, and I have used it well in the kitchen for 3+ years now.

Processional quality for a great price
This feels like a professional grade knife for a great price. Cuts through meat and veggies with ease. Easy to handle, a bit heavier than I’m used to.

Sharp Knife but not rust proof.
Got this knife as a Christmas gift for my partner. Overall great knife. Extremely sharp. Beautiful design of blade and leather shield. My girlfriend was fangirling over how easily it cut the first layer of her skin when she was just admiring the blade. It’s hands down our go-to knife for all our cooking needs. I noticed at first the black coloring was rubbing off the blade but that’s not a problem. However, no matter how much diligence, love, &care we have for the knife, it still somehow got rust spots on it. We always dried it off because that’s how much we love it. It must’ve gotten a couple drops on it one time and the next time we used it there was signs of rust on it. The advertisement says “exclusive anti rust process polished whole blade” but I feel this is false advertising due to how quickly rust happened- to a blade we really tried hard to take care of to avoid such an outcome. In the end, still a really great knife. Just have to look at a way to rid the rust spots.

Fantastic Cleaver! Sharp, Heavy Duty, and Well-Made
I recently added the ENOKING 7.5 Inch Hand Forged Meat Cleaver to my kitchen, and it's quickly become one of my most used knives. This cleaver is seriously heavy-duty. You can feel the quality in the German High Carbon Stainless Steel and the full tang handle. It's substantial enough for tackling bone and tougher cuts of meat, but still balanced enough for general butchering tasks. The "ultra sharp" claim is no exaggeration. Out of the box, it had an incredibly sharp edge, making clean cuts through meat and vegetables alike. The hand-forged aspect gives it a nice, rustic feel and seems to contribute to its durability. The full tang handle provides excellent grip and control, even when dealing with wet or greasy hands. It feels secure and comfortable during use.Whether you're a home cook who occasionally breaks down larger cuts or a professional in a kitchen or restaurant, this ENOKING cleaver is a fantastic tool. It's built to last, performs exceptionally well, and is a great value for a hand-forged knife. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable and sharp meat cleaver.

Great knife for the price
This is a great knife. I was really impressed with their display box and set up. And how well it has maintained its edge.

Love this knife
Best knife by far. Only reason I bought again was because I lost my first one. Super sharp and durable.
