Great image, easy plug install. Instructions need more detail, but I was able to find a youtube video to help. They dont tell you that you need a HDMI cable and Cat5/ethernet cable. I recommend buying am extra cable and/or a bnc female connector at the same time. The parts are hard to find at home improvement stores and very expensive at Best Buy. Cameras were not made of metal, like I was expecting but it worked out to be better for hanging in the eaves and vinyl siding because they were not weighed down. With a little planing I was able to put up the cameras in one day.

I dislike the whole drv it constantly freezes when you try to change things in the menu. I have even been able to get anything set up the way I want it because it's always freezing I spend more time unplugging and replugging the thing. Waste of my time. I need something that's going to work I have a 5 month old here I want to keep safe.

I bought this item bc the house that I bought had a security box and 4 cameras set up but 1 camera didn't work and after a year the box died. Yes these aren't wireless but everything was so easy to set up and it was easy to even change out the old camera that wasn't working. I love the fact that there is an app and I can see my yard when I'm away from home. There are a few things that I haven't figured out yet and have not used tech support yet.

My place of business has really been needing a security camera, and this one seems perfect so far! The DVR I ordered ended up on back order before they could fulfill my order, so I'm still waiting for that to come before I can set it all up. I looked everything over and it's all here, and the quality seems pretty nice! Nothing is broken or cracked. I was being dumb and trying to force the camera to angle down before realizing I'd have to undo a small bolt and nut to do that first, and it didn't snap on me! Thankfully! Hopefully the DVR gets shipped and delivered soon so I can get this all hooked up. It's gonna be great not having to worry about checking the front of the shop for customers every 2 minutes when I'm trying to get things done in the back, and being able to see when customers actually pull into the parking lot! I'm really hoping this helps greatly with my work productivity.

I disliked nowhere does it say the device doesn’t have a hard drive and now I’m going to have buy one thinking I was set to put them up. Wish it had one already I’m disappointed.

Love the size of this product - it's a little smaller than it seemed in the picture but for our space it's just what was needed. They will be easy to find a place to hang at this size and not feel like it's taking over the space. I love the clean look and feel and Setup on camera just as it was before finding the right spots to mount them and the clarity was great. Also love that it has a separate HD box that can record activities - such a perfect bonus. It too is just the right size and it even comes with a mouse to hook in to it to make it easy to use.
