We buy lots of these because our Dell monitors all come with DisplayPort cables, but our Dell desktops all have 1 displayport and 1 HDMI. Sooooo when we set up dual monitor setups on new computers, we end up throwing away one of the displayport cables and using these for the 2nd monitor.

We use these frequently for computers, and they work great. Great price since we buy in bulk, so that helps us keep the cost down for our own installs.

Not sure what to say other than these cables work as desired. We use these on clients computers that do CAD work so detail and clarity is important. Have not had any complaints from any of the clients we have used these for.

After setting things up where I had these cables plugged into a 4k60hz hdmi splitter. I would turn the TV on and none of the connections would work. I spent hours trying to figure things out, and I thought it was the TV's problem, then the splitter, and never would I have guessed that it was the cables.They would not run at 4k60, I would simply get a black screen and my TV would say to signal, check that cable is plugged. While my computer recognized that it was plugged into a TV, but failed to work.As soon as I set my computer to 4k30hz, everything worked. It was not the TV, or splitter, but the Amazon Basics crappy quality cables. They're cheap and they work great if your displays are 1080. But if you're going 4k anything, I would throw these away!!!!
