Is it made of silicon?

I believe it's a silicone polymer. Harder than silicone, but nothing sticks to it. I work construction, and cement, paint, caulking won't stick. Very happy with mine. Just don't put it on upside down.

Does it come in any other colors to match the watch's other colors?

I do not think so. I have not seen any other colors from them

Will it trap sweat between it and the watch?

I had a Spigen for my watch 4 and that was not the case. Very good fit. I now am waiting for my watch 5 pro in the mail to try this case but I believe the outcome would be the same. Hope this helps!

Does it add much extra bulk to the watch itself?

Yes, but in a really nice way, if that's what you're looking for.
