Packing and delivery was good. Product is simple material, light weight, foldable and easily transferrable/carried. Material is simple not so long lasting, can be torn if not handled well. Overall mattress is soft and comfortable, cozy. Needed it for rough use and on a small settee- does the job and worth it. Good buy
