The texture is fine and eliminates that gritty texture if you use anything besides fine.The product is flavorful and demonstrates high quality even compared to cornmeal purchased at local health food stores. White does not taste like yellow cornmeal.
What should other customers know? That when one orders yellow gluten free cornmeal and white cornmeal is sent instead, you had better get ready for a major run around because nobody wants to replace the wrong product. This was a simple mistake. White cornmeal was sent in error but a promise to replace it has gone away never to be found. I would love to get the correct cornmeal. It tastes better. Help!

Worst cornmeal I’ve tasted.
Litterally this has zero flavor. Texture is super fine also I thought I would get this cornmeal instead of the cheap bag I have from the grocery store and this stuff is awful.
