I purchased the variety pack initially and felt the berry flavour was one of the nicer flavour. I am mostly bedbound as have chronic illness. This supplement is great way to rehydrate myself whilst giving a little help to the body.

Love the taste of these and do what they say. Usually use the liquid IV but purchased these in bulk for my wedding hangover kits. Guests commented on the flavour. I have since re-purchased for pregnancy and fitness uses

The taste wasn’t for me, I couldn’t get used to them which is a shame as they were a bit expensive- hopefully another flavour is better
