Don't buy
Update : So I have to say I was not impressed with how the part broke after 2 weeks of my son playing with it. But, I was able to get ahold of customer service and I have to say it was probably the best customer service I have received! They asked me what the problem was and sent a video on how to possibly fix it. They also sent a replacement web shooter because of the original one breaking. I could not be happier with the response from them!My son has had it for 2 weeks now and it will no longer retract. There is no customer service available. Have contacted the seller and waiting for a response. I would not buy!

Cool product
My son loves this thing and I do agree it’s cool but the suction cup magnet combination doesn’t make sense

It broke
The string gets caught and it broke - my nephew was so sad! Ugh.

Great purchase
I was surprised when my 14yr old son asked me to get this for him. He hasn't been into super heros in over 4yrs now. So of course I'm willing to buy him a toy if only to see him play like a kid again. He loves this thing, but be careful about where they shoot this in the house. It can break a lamp or possibly someone's teeth...EEK.
