Faucet filter
My faucet filter was not performing well so I decided to replace it with this. This one was delivered very fast with no issues. The flow rate is the best I have ever had in faucet and countertop filters. It’s also very compact. Very easy to install. It has a blinking led light that is very small. The water tastes excellent. I bought a replacement filter for about $22. It’s supposed to last 4 months ? If the filter lasts 4 months I will be surprised. If it does I’ll buy more.

Does. It come with the filter
First: this is super simple to install. When ordering, I, knew it most likely did not come with the actual filter cylinder. Therefore, I ordered one from Amazon the same day i ordered the unit. Both arrived well packaged and in good condition.Second: I feel like it is possible that some people who reviewed this, and who have tested their water before and after installation and said there was no difference, may have missed the fact they need to actually buy a filter cylinder separately and install it in the unit themselves prior to use. But, I could be wrong.Third: it is very important that you allow the cold water to run through the filter for at least five minutes prior to using the unit for consumption.Lastly: I like this unit! I can definitely taste the difference. The water from the tap tastes different now. Our city water tasted alright. But my houseplants HATED the chemicals in the water. I've only had this unit installed for one dayThe plants do not currently require watering, but I am anxious to see if using this unit is going to make a difference in the health of my houseplants. I bought this unit in hopes it will be better for the plants, amd to save me from buying bottled water for the massive amount of plants I have. Also, it reduces the amount of plastic waste of buying bottled water.Fingers crossed!

Way better than Brita.
I got the Zerowater faucet converter to replace a Brita one For the better reviews. I like the pull to change it over. Much better than the Brita one and will last longer as the Brita one was a plastic tab you had to turn. This one is a pull and when you turn water off it automatically releases back to normal flow. Less wear and tear for sure. Also, the way the filter water comes out is more natural which I thought I wasn’t going to like but I do now. It is better than the Brita which comes out under pressure and splashes everywhere in the sink and out. Lastly, it is easy to install, had no issues. I replaced my faucet last week and needed to take it off the old one and it took a few minutes. Nothing complicated at all. Just make sure you have it threaded correctly, and I use pliers to tighten it just enough with soft covers, so as not to mar the surface. Definitely recommend so far!

Not really a Zerowater product
Don't be fooled by the name...Zerowater produces excellent filter pitchers but I don't know why they would put their name on this product. It's the only filter I tried that actually produced higher TDS readings from the filtered water than the tap water and when I called the company's customer service, the agent couldn't admit in so many words that the product was useless for most water supplies but had no way to defend it. It also cuts the flow of the regular tap water so you have less water to do things like wash dishes. It's absolutely the worst of both worlds.A waste of money.

Filters Fine - But the Light?
Easy installation replacing a Culligan unit. Water tastes better and now PFAs are removed, which is why I bought Zerowater. Really looking forward to the extended useful life of the filter (400 gallons) vs formerly used brands. Downsides: The water stream tends to spray more than my former filters, so containers usually have to be dried off externally after being filled. And very weirdly - according to a company rep - the LED filter health indicator light, which supposedly only blinks when water is flowing through the filter and only in green or red to show the filter condition, on my unit the light ALSO blinks plain white once every 15 seconds when not being used. No water flowing. No one touching the unit. Blinks 24/7, every 15 seconds. Rather disconcerting seeing a bright blinking light in one's kitchen at night when overhead lighting was off. I replaced the factory 2032 battery with a new Duracell...still blinks. The company rep I spoke with claimed she had no idea of how or why about the blinking, and so sent a free replacement filter unit. Which also blinks every 15 seconds, also even after a new battery was installed. So I covered the light with a piece of duct tape and will peel it back every few months to check the filter condition while running water through it.

Incredible!!
This filter exceeded my expectations!!! I used to use the picture filters from these guys but the sink one is significantly better. The lifespan is far beyond what I expected. I would burn through the picture filters in about 3 to 4 weeks. I'm going on 3 months right now with this filter and it still blinking green. And the water actually taste better then the picture filter. I don't know what the difference is (?). Way more cost-effective way of filtering your water this way!

I replaced my Pur faucet Filter, and am glad that I did!
This filter is a wise, and cost saving investment. I've previously used the Pur faucet filters for at least 16 years. I used my last Pur filter (the highest quality one in the gold foil wrapper) last month, and when I looked at the prices for replacement filters, I started looking for a good alternative. This filter meets my needs and needs fewer replacements over time. The filter is really well made. The body is Metal and of a smaller diameter than the equivalent Pur filter, which gives more room under the faucet. This is important, if you have shallow kitchen sink, as I do. I do a lot of online research before I purchase an item for the first time. I've learned to tell if a web site's review is knowledgeable or not. One clue is whether the review states actual details about why one product is better. Another is information about how the latest model is an improvement over the last model, with actual details. So, after my research, I found that this filter system was my best choice.
