my doctor recommended these for me and I was a pretty skeptical she recommended I wear a patch daily for eight hours and I cannot believe the difference these don’t contain hormones. This is a very honest review . I’m 47 in perimenopause . The only thing this helped with was it took the edge of my moodiness . I’m bloated , still can’t sleep ,still have hot flashes etc. . I’m beyond over this !! Will not buy again because it’s also bothering my skin .
