1.25 lbs
Very nice weights for micro gains. Necessary for small muscle groups where 5 lbs may be too much.

A good affordable change plate set
It is what it is. A change weight. That’s really about it. The actual weight is accurate to within a few ounces. I’m happy with them. For reference I use a rogue Ohio bar mostly. And an ez curl bar. Fits both as expected. 4 stars because I almost never give 5. Always room for improvement. But that’s just me.

Need Change Plates? Buy these
If you need change plates, get these. Can't find anything to complain about. They've taken a fairly good beating in the gym since getting these for Christmas over two months ago. Will be getting another set and highly recommend.

Excellent for Beginners Wanting to Make Progressive Gains
It may seem silly to get a pair of 1.25lbs weights, but they do have a good purpose. My wife and I go to a public gym, and my wife just began bench press. The olympic bar (45lbs) was a difficult goal that she was able to meet after working up from dumbbells. In order to safely progress, we added these 1.25 lbs before graduating to 2.5lbs plates (that are more easy to find with the public equipment). These plates were nicely coated, fit on an olympic bar perfectly, and helped my wife feel a sense of progress.
