My husband got a second degree sunburn while we were camping. I had these on hand and was able to start treatment immediately. It helped reduce the pain and made it possible to get to treatment when we got home. Will definitely be purchasing more to have on hand!

Time is of essence when you have a burn situation. Keep these in your first aid kit and apply as soon as possible. These pads can really reduce the pain and help limit he continuing damage from the burn injury.

The price is a bit high for the number of dressings (five of them in a pack), but this is one of those things you keep in your first-aid kit but hope to never have to use. So far I haven't had to, but I did open the box and take a look at it to make sure this thing is good. It sure is. The expiry date is also far out (~5 years out).For one, it's large enough at 4" x 4" unless you do something crazy like put your entire hand in boiling oil. This is a hydrogel dressing and I've seen this kind used in the past first hand - it cools and helps limit the impact of the burn while reducing pain.The packaging is nice in that it looks easy to open with one of those tear-off notches. It would be nice though if the company could put a little more information out there about itself or the source of its materials since this is a medical device after all.

They can be cut but it's tricky and very messy plus you'd ruin the sterility, which is extremely important for burns.The pad itself is sort of cellulose-feeling. It's all floppy inside there in the liquid. Which reminds me, if at all possible, open the pkg carefully and preserve that liquid cleanly. There's plenty of extra that can be used to refresh the bandage if needed.I had several burned toes, two of which were 2nd degree and quite painful. This stuff is fantastic when used immediately. Prepper here. I'm always on the lookout to test new medical supplies on the market. The description of this product appealed to me, but I was still skeptical about the quality. Every online market is flooded with cheap, poor quality medical supplies. Cheap might sound great, but too often many of these products don't hold a candle to real life scenarios, and worse yet, fail completely in times of emergencies. While having something is usually better than having nothing at all, better quality products can make a huge difference, and make stressful times a little less stressful. I had my grandmother test this out after she received a nasty burn on her stomach from fried oil. It was easy enough to apply, and removing it was a breeze. It helped provide her with some relief once applied. Over the course of a week, it helped heal her burn. It helped speed recovery, and since she was at risk of an infection, this dressing thankfully prevented that from happening. This hydrogel burns dressing is of high quality, and I'd go as far as to say this is impressive. I'm going to order more to add to my EMT bag, this is a must have for any emergency medical kits. Highly recommend ordering!

I am super accident prone in the kitchen. I guess I get busy and don't pay as much attention as I should, but a cut or burn is not uncommon for me. These hydrogel burn dressings are great for relieving the pain from a burn. I've started just keeping them in the kitchen, so they're handy. These are soothing, they don't stick to the burn, and whether it's just some red, irritated skin or a blistering burn, these help with the pain. The cost is reasonable for the quality in my opinion, and I'll continue to use them. My skin appreciates it.

Sadly, I had a chance to promptly test this one. Yes, the inside of the air fryer does in fact get burning hot! I used this bandage on my wrist after letting my wrist touch the oven. It was a little awkward to deal with - the bandage is squishy and feels weird initially but it really really does help soothe the burn and make it feel better. I also feel like it helped it heal better. The amount of scarring is less than the last time I burned my hand on the air fryer.Psyched to have this. Hoping I dont need to use it in the near future!
