As a woman who enjoys heavy lifting and high-volume training, I’ve often found that many pre-workouts are either too sugary or just don't have enough boost to get me through a two-hour leg day. I tried this powder for the first time this morning before my heavy lift session and the difference in my workout performance was night and day. Wrecked is right! You will smell colors and see sounds if you take 2 scoops. Great energy and focus with decent pumps. Only reason i cant give it 5 stars is due to the fact that it gives every single person who takes it extreme diarrhea, and you have to take breaks in the middle of the workout unless you have extra underwear with you.

The best pre workout for a pump

I’ve been using this pre-workout for almost 3 years, and it has been amazing, but just 1 month ago, they all of a sudden decided to completely change the formula within the pre-workout, which not only does it now taste like medicine, it doesn’t even have the cognitive enhancing ingredients that the original version had. It makes me extremely nauseous and jittery, which I’ve never had an issue with previously. This is no longer worth the price; they probably cut costs on their formula to improve their margins. I recommend that anyone thinking about this pre-workout look elsewhere.

I mean chalky and medicine like is all I can really say. But I definitely will say the workout was good. And they’re actually pretty highly rated on pre workout lists. So I’ll give them that. Disappointing to see they don’t have the enraged on this. Let alone they don’t have a subscription option on their site or amazon. But fingers crossed for the future of this product. Cause it’s not bad at all.
