FEIERDUNOlympic Barbell 4ft/5ft/7ft Barbell EZ Curl Bar, Suitable for 2-Inch Weight Plates

I purchased this product on the 11th of November 2024. And it turned out to be a very well constructed and durable piece of weight lifting equipment. It comes in two colors: black or silver and it is solid thru and thru. The length of this curling bar is approx. 47 inches and weighs approx. 20 pounds. The ends of the curling bar rotate freely and are well oiled in order to facilitate ease of motion when performing various exercises. Prior to purchasing this product, I watched the "demo video." What was interesting to note was that many of the exercises performed on this curling bar were more suited to being performed on a longer "straight" weight lifting bar (example: flat bench press). So I proceeded to test that. The weight lifting bench that I have is a "Fitness Gear" FG-OB/500 Weight Bench (with leg extension and preacher curl attachments). And I'm happy to say that every "straight bar exercise" that was performed (in the demo video) with this curling bar can in fact be done. Another pleasant surprise of note is that this curling bar is rated to be able to withstand up to 500 pounds of weight placed upon it! Needless to say, I'm not going to test that! I'm 70 years old and just want to be in good shape (for my age). Not trying to look like "The Rock!" Last but not least, a slight word of warning. Keep in mind that the bar is only 47 inches in length. So when doing a flat bench press be careful when placing the bar back onto the weight bench. The attached pic to this review represents 4 weeks of training with this curling bar.

I love this bar. I don't have a lot of space in my workout area and an Olympic bar wouldn't fit. I did a some searching and found this one. It's perfect for my needs. I'm 5'11 and can do everything I need with this size that I need to do.I don't use a bar for bench because I've old injuries to my hands and wrists that don't allow for a proper grip.But it works great for all my other needs. Deadlifts, upright rows, presses, seated good mornings, etc.The quality of the bar is excellent and a great price. Having spent many years at the gym, I've used a good amount of bars. It feels solid and knurling is perfect for me. Not to raised / rough and not to low.I ordered a bar hanger and as you can see it sits perfectly in a small space.If you enjoy lifting and are looking for short bar, this would be a good choice.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a good product, it is a little squeaky as you rotate the bar up on curls, but put in some headphones and got hardly notice it. The knurling is decent. Value for money:Good product if you need a curl bar that doesn't break the bank, does everything I need it for.

My son bought a weight bench and the bar that came with it bent.. so he ordered this one and it's great. All the weights he has used and the bar does not bend.. I can believe the replacement bar is way better than the bar that comes with it. Flat black color and it's no expensive, and great quality, we are buying another one.
