Transformers: Megatron Bishoujo Statue

As ordered. Perfect.

I got her to display with my Kotobukiya Optimus figure and am pretty happy with the overall look of the figure. However, when I took her out of the sealed box, I noticed some annoying scuffs on her paint.I normally don't mind minor errors like this, but the scuff is RIGHT above the Decepticon symbol on her tie and on the upper breast where her top ends. Basically front and center where you're likely to notice it when the figure is displayed. I wouldn't have minded so much if it was on the back of her coat or something like that. I've tried lightly cleaning it with water and a q tip but no luck.Frankly this sort of quality issue is unacceptable for a figure priced around the mid 100s. I would expect it more from figures in the 30-60 range. Hoping for other buyers' sake that I just got unlucky with my copy and this isn't a common issue. I can probably find something to paint over the scuffs but it's going to be a real pain finding the right shade of white as the tie and again, it's right in the middle of the figure where the eye is naturally drawn.

Only problem with Kotobukiya Bishoujo statues they become addictive.They are so cool and fantastically detailed.They are at the lower end of the collectable price market making it more tempting to pull the trigger.I am running out of room for a fast growing collection.They do a wide range of characters.This one is Transformers inspired and when you see it next to the illustration of the character it is based on it is genius.
