I purchased this tutu for my granddaughter's first Halloween.It will go over a Little Bum Bum Halloween onesie.The tutu is so perfect and very full and fluffy.Exactly what I wanted!

I loved that this was so soft. I didn’t even know tulle could be this soft. It was perfect for my 4 month old granddaughter.
