This pillow is an absolute game changer! It's firm and higher than your average pillow, making it perfect for side sleepers like me. The pillow is perfect especially if you have neck and back problems. My sleeping has improved massively.The quality is excellent and very well made.

I got the queen size so it was the size of a normal pillow. The materials and build I found to be quite good quality, and as a pillow it was comfortable to lie on, and a good height adjustment option. However the ear hole is in the middle of the pillow which was no where near where my ear is and so of no use. Your head would have to be twice the size of my not small head. However I could see its potential, so I dismantled it and took a pair of scissors to the "back/non neck extension" edge and removed around 3 inches of the foam. This made the cover a little baggy but otherwise fitted my head and ear correctly. As a result this worked very well for me and I can now sleep with my ear pods in without pain. Maybe the smaller pillow option would have been better for me but I don't like sending things back, as it would only be thrown away.

Best pillow ever. Not to hard,not to soft, very comfortable, great shape. My neck pain is gone. Higly recommend ,if you have some neck and shoulder pain.

Comfy pillow and good for sleeping on side or back but front sleeping leaves face very hot so not very breathable material

This pillow is very well made, I bought the queen size which is very similar to a standard pillow size, I tried the pillow for around 8 days, starting off with a couple of hours at a time, I purchased it hoping it would help my neck and shoulder pain, which to quite a big degree it did do, but, I then developed severe pain between my shoulders and under my arm pits , so sadly I have decided to return it. I am 75+years, I mention this only because I do think younger people would be able to get some neck and shoulder pain relief from this item, but me being less supple having less muscle it only moved my pains position. I will keep looking.
