Wife really liked these vitamins, regular size you would expect, no taste, easy to swallow, worked well for her, vitamin quality is good. Didn't notice sleep quality

Product seems to be a great quality. However, I do not notice much of a difference taking these. I will continue to take and hope for the best. Capsule is not too large and easy to swallow.
