Mature content ahead: I'm 6"6" tall, hourglass body shape with a "beer belly," and I have "hiking" (tree trunk) legs. I can wear this underwear with very little comfort problems while walking, but as soon as I sit down, I cut off blood circulation along my inner thighs and my testicles get crushed. The pouch is a full inch too high, which lifts my gonads like I'm cupping my balls with my hands while standing/walking, but sitting causes my scrotum to slowly shift under the pouch so they get crushed by this underwear's skin tight design.
