Looks good works good adheres well easy to install and color is great cut to fit doesn’t get any easier . The glue on it is great . Been installed for months now and no issues so I’d say durable .

Installed this in three doorways where the transition is original hardwood flooring to recent laminate flooring. Removed a hallway carpet that was hiding the three (ugly) transitions. The floors are nearly the same level, but not exactly same level. There are gaps between the hardwood and laminate floors from 1/8" to 3/8 inch. Filled the gaps with leftover laminate to maintain level, then installed the transition strips. We need to roll an occupied office chair over these transitions. The adhesive is holding the transition strip in place when the occupied office chair (small wheels) easily rolls over the transition, and so far, the transition color and "grain" is unharmed. The color is close enough to both the hardwood and laminate. The transition strip arrived during the winter, so I warmed it over a floor forced air vent. It was easy to handle. This is a really good solution that looks good and accommodates the office chair mobility.

It does the job but doesn't really look like wood. Very plastic looking. Will probably replace. Install was easy

We have a new house with oak floors and tiled bathrooms. One of the bathrooms, we weren't happy with the transition between the wood floor and the tile floor; there were some gaps. I wanted something thin to make up the threshold but was concerned that this product was vinal. It turns out it did a great job. It is this and the finish matched very well with our flooring. You would think it was a wooden threshold looking at it. Adhesive back seems really strong and the material is long enough that you could do more that one door with it.

Just what I was looking for! My rental house didn’t have any transition strips of any kind and my floor was coming up. I looked online and found this and it’s the answer I needed! It was so easy to apply and is a great match to my flooring. It’s just the right thickness and really finishes off my floors. It looks great and it’s durable too!

This item is of poor quality. Manufactured from cheap materials. I returned it.

We had significant water damage that required the floor to be pulled up and replaced. Original floor for the living room could not be matched up so this idea was implemented to hide the seams and set it off as a landing for the kitchen door. Product is high quality for its use and I did not write this review too early so it’s wear and tear could be taken into consideration. After a month, so far, so good.

I can attest that this works for Tile to Carpet transition. After my lab puppy chewed on the end of the carpet, it was hideous to look at. I was having a difficult time with tin and wooden transition strips at the store as I have a slab rather than a wood subfloor. This worked perfectly! And if anything, easy to replace if needed with a new one.
