We both take Vitamin D3 daily and as there is enough evidence based information to support complimenting that with K2, of this strength, we now add this daily to our supplements. Hopefully, this will ensure the Vitamin D3 is being absorbed where it is needed. We find zero after taste with these tablets, small enough to manage to swallow with no issues. All the tablets are complete, none of them being broken. Easy enough to take, as mentioned, and good value. Recommended
