very good book set
I order whole set three books. My sons feedback is very good. After use this set of books. The error down to 0-1 in reading, 0-2 in writing. It is very odd to get 2 incorrect.Before use this set normally 3-5 error in reading and 3-5 in writing.

As every book by Erica Meltzer, it is perfect. However, I wouldn't buy only this book, since it is merely for practice. I would recommend to also buy the SAT Grammar by Erica Meltzer as well to have a guidance regarding theory and explanations.

I'd say that this is the best SAT grammar workbook out there
Having looked at and/or used SAT prep books by several different publishers, I'd say that this is the best SAT grammar workbook out there. The explanations are usually clear, good, and helpful in avoiding making the same mistake again. That being said, there are mistakes. Typos, incorrect punctuation, and the very occasional wrong answer. I've found this in every SAT prep book - aside from the official one - I've worked through. I don't understand why that is. I mean, really...if the prep books can't get it 100% right, how is a student expected to get it 100% right?! Still, this book, and The Ultimate Guide series, is much better than most.

Fantastic resource.
Fantastic resource. My son greatly benefited from all the 3 Erica Meltzer books. He says there is no better resource for preparing for the English portion of the SAT.

The only review book needed for SAT along with The Critical Reader.
Very helpful. My son used this book along with The Critical Reader and improved 100 points. I am very happy I bought this book. The author knows what works.

Great SAT (ACT, too) grammar prep book
I use this with my SAT students. It's broken down nicely into specific categories so that it's easy to pick and choose and focus on single topics.

must buy for practice .....nothing for strategy
if you are done with strategy from her strategy book this book boosts your score .It contains 6 writing practice tests and simplified explanation to each problem.
